Cocaine
Cocaine is a highly addictive drug, we are finding fentanyl-laced cocaine in Santa Cruz County, which poses an even greater risk of accidental fatal overdose.
WHAT IS COCAINE?
Cocaine is a drug that causes a quick high that lasts a very short time. It is addictive, once the high is over the user may feel low, depressed, or sluggish, and they will seek the high again. Cocaine comes as a powder or in a more crystalline form. Cocaine can be easily laced with other drugs and chemicals such as fentanyl.
HOW IS IT USED?
Cocaine can be snorted, smoked, vaped, injected, or rubbed onto the gums of the mouth for absorption.
