MARIJUANA EXPUNGEMENT PROGRAM INFO

Marijuana Expungement Information

Due to the passing of Prop 207 the new law legalizes the adult recreational use of marijuana and opens a legal path to file a petition to expunge criminal records related to marijuana offenses. Under Arizona law, expungement means that eligible marijuana-related criminal records are sealed and no longer available to the public and no longer show up on a criminal history search. This can help those with certain offenses gain employment easier.
